The ``qolumbina.programs`` package contains executable programs and scripts for
quantum software testing, including the benchmarking quantum programs and 
the unified modules enabling black-box testing of these quantum programs 
without the need to know the internal details of the programs and to 
learn the usage of Qiskit APIs.
